1st time renting an RV and my experience with Don was a great experience. Communication was great and he was available 24/7. We usually pitch tents when we camp but decided to do an RV this year and it took camping up a notch, we were officially glamping ;-)
This was our first time doing this and it was better than we could have hoped for. The RV was perfect for our family and it helped our family make memories we will cherish forever. Rented the RV for a family camping trip to a local state beach. RV looked fantastic, great condition, and comfortably slept a family of 4 without any issues. When I picked up the RV initially, Mark walked me through everything. And when I was at the campsite trying to figure something out, I text him and he responded right away to walk me through it. Great experience and highly recommend!

I have rented Ian's sprinter van multiple times and I know I will rent it many more times in the near future! Its an incredible van capable of going anywhere worth going, with immense comfort and everything very well planned out. The Starlink is also a huge upgrade from my usual camping experience; we had flawless high speed internet in the grand canyon, of all places. And the bed is shockingly comfortable, might be better than my bed at home. I would recommend this van to first-timers, seasoned campers, and everyone in between.

Ian was great to work with, flexible on pick up and drop off, great walkthrough of the van and accessible from the road. Van is perfect for 3 days and has everything ou need. Jetboil is key for the early AM coffee! Bed is SUPER comfortable, and the Starlink was key for where we were. Great overall
