Please discuss with us regarding boondocking/dry camping in advance. 10. Deep Inside / Outside Cleaning fee will charge If RV is returned in unsanitary or extremely dirty conditions (The entire deposit will be forfeited plus Insurance Damages) 11. No Off-Roading (The entire deposit will be forfeited) 12. If the vehicle requires TOWING / HITCH Services you must use a licensed towing company, or the entire deposit will be forfeited. 12. Always Park RV on a LEVEL and DRY surface, if RV or undercarriage is damaged by any elements or materials (The entire deposit will be forfeited plus Insurance Damages) -Gas will be full on pick up. Please refill before returning, or you will be charged the price to fill up, plus an additional $100 fee. - $175 charge if black and gray tanks are not dumped before return. It's super crucial to return the RV in tip-top shape, sparkly clean and shiny, just like when you first got it. But, if you're a busy bee and can't spare the time to clean, worry not! Our cleaning squad will take care of it for you, for a small fee of $350.00. A mandatory Preparation Fee of $250.00 is included with each rental. This fee will cover preparing and professionally sanitizing the RV before each rental, and in addition, the following benefits are included as well: -Unlimited High-Speed Wi-Fi (Based on TMOBILE'S coverage) -Full tank of Gas(RV will be ready to go at pick up, so you don't have to deal with any preparations for these items) -RV/Dash Cam Navigation System designed specifically for navigating and avoiding any major issues like low bridges, un-friendly RV roads, and more. -Detailed training on how to use the RV will be provided. -We will provide everything needed to make beds (luxury bedding, pillows), use the bathroom/shower (RV toilet Paper, RV toilet chemicals), wash your dishes (Sponge and Dish Soap), Cooking Spices, Plates, Cups, Cooking/Eating Utensils, 1 Pot, 2 Pans, Keurig coffee maker (Coffe, Sugar), Toaster.
