WOW! Where do I start? I was a 1st time "camper", never used an RV, pretty much I was clueless. Romolo is an amazing person! Not once did I have a question before, during and after and he not be available! Everytime I called or sent a text, he was there! I am sure most of my questions were (DUMB QUESTIONS) but he was never bother or annoyed by my questions, he NEVER made me feel (DUMB)! I am not sure how this EVEZY works but the next trip, I hope to rent Romolo's RV!
I highly recommend renting from Tamara and Eric. They are very accommodating and very nice to work with, they are organized, quick to respond and willing to support in any way possible. Five big stars from our family of 5!
