We strongly recommend that if you plan to clean the RV yourself, you book a detailing appointment before heading to Burning Man, so the RV can be thoroughly cleaned immediately upon your return. Demand for RV detailing around Burning Man is very high, so scheduling in advance is essential. The RV must be returned completely clean, both inside and outside, including a clean engine. We reserve the right to determine whether the RV is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. If you choose to do a full interior and exterior detailing, please provide a receipt of payment. If we determine the RV is still not adequately clean, we will have it professionally cleaned by our company, and in that case, the $1,300 cleaning fee will not be refundable. Important: The RV must be cleaned on the same day as your confirmed return date. If the RV is returned dirty and the cleaning is delayed, we will charge an additional daily fee for each overdue day until the RV is cleaned. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
