The RV matches the photos and description. Overall, everything worked smoothly and without any issues. The only issue is high fuel consumption. This may be normal for this type of vehicle, but it's hard for me to say since it was my first experience. Kristin was nice, responsive, and always available. Thank you so much for such a great experience. I'll definitely use her again. I highly recommend her!

Thor was amazing. It really was like home on the road. The drive was smooth and felt safe. It was clean and in order when picked up. Even had sheets when we realized ours were a bit snug. Bill was friendly, understanding, and explained everything thoroughly and in a timely manner. We did drive through the night our last day since we were missing our babies at home and realized that the rear cameras were of little help even though they were supper helpful during the day. Might have been the dust build up though. 10/10

Tyson est super disponible par texto et très flexible sur le pick up et drop off. Par contre le VR manquait de finition et plusieurs choses étaient en moins bon état que les photos. (Table instable ce qui a mené à un bris, porte de garde robe, store)
