Jack was extremely flexible with both pickup and drop-off times. He even allowed me to pick up the RV the night before at no extra cost, which gave us the chance to pack ahead of time and hit the road early the next morning. He was always available to answer any questions and made me feel completely comfortable using the RV. The RV itself was very comfortable and easy to operate, especially when it came to the amenities. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend renting from Jack.

Amir and the trailer were awesome! The trailer was perfect for our 2 day trip to Big Sur. Had everything we needed and was all very easy to use. Amir was also really great with communication and made for an easy booking and easy return. He was also available to quickly answer any questions we had.
