The trailer was great: super clean, good storage, excellent hot water. Had no trouble towing this with our Lexus GX470. Alex is incredibly responsive and supportive. They outfitted the trailer with very helpful items like sheets, towels, kitchen and bathroom items. Great experience.

We had such a great weekend camping in the Memory Maker! Danielle has thought of everything when it comes to making life easy while you are “roughing it”. We felt cozy and comfortable sleeping as a family of 5. It was easy to pull behind our Tahoe as well. Great experience all around, we already have our next trip booked!

When we arrived to pick up trailer it was all setup for our walk through and inspection. David walked us through all the features and proper use and setup for trailer.. Communication was easy and Kari was great at answering any questions. All the little things you might need or forget to pack were already stocked. We had a wonderful Annivesary vacation experience at the Oregon coast. Kari's trailer gave a new and fun way for my wife and I and our dog to enjoy a vacation together. Thank you so much for the experience and the use of your trailer. Definitely a 5 star host and as my wife called it a very fun "Glamping trip" everything we needed and our own mobile hotel room. Thank you Kari & David.

Although there was some small issues, they were resolved fairly, and easily. Issues can come up anytime, with any item. The way they get handled I think is what's important. I would recommend this host and not hesitate to do business again should the need arise.

What protection is included with my Long Beach RV rental?

Every RV rental in Long Beach booked through RVezy includes a renter protection plan and 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can hit the Pacific coast with real peace of mind. The protection plan covers most damages to the vehicle during your trip, and you choose your coverage level during checkout. When is the best time to visit Long Beach, WA in an RV?

The sweet spot for an RV rental in Long Beach is July through September, when daytime highs sit comfortably in the upper 60s to low 70s and the area enjoys its driest stretch of the year. Spring (April to June) is great for solitude and quieter beach walks, though you will want a rain jacket. Winter is dramatic and atmospheric, perfect for storm watching at the North Head Lighthouse, with average daytime highs in the low 50s. Book your Long Beach RV trip for late September if you want summer-like weather without festival crowds.

I've never rented an RV before. Will I be okay driving around Long Beach?

You're going to do great, Long Beach is one of the friendlier first-time renting an RV destinations on the West Coast. The peninsula is essentially one long, flat strip of road (Pacific Way and Sandridge Road), traffic is mellow outside of festival weekends, and there are no mountain passes between you and your campground. Your RVezy host will give you a full walkthrough at pickup, covering tanks, slide-outs, propane, and driving tips, before you head out. Many hosts also offer delivery so you can skip the drive entirely. Pro tip: if you plan to drive on the beach itself, remember the speed limit is 25 mph, stay on the hard-packed sand, and avoid soft sand near the dunes.

What happens if something breaks down during my Long Beach RV trip?

You are covered. Every RVezy booking includes 24/7 roadside assistance as part of the renter protection plan, so if you get a flat near Oysterville or your slide-out will not retract at Andersen's RV Park, help is one call away. Your host is also your first point of contact for quick questions about the RV's quirks, like resetting the water pump or relighting the propane fridge. RVezy customer support is available throughout your trip too. Snap photos and videos during your pickup walkthrough so you can reference them later, especially handy when you are parked under the spruce trees at Cape Disappointment and want a quick reminder on how the awning retracts.

Can I take my Long Beach RV rental across state lines or into Canada?

Yes, road-tripping across state lines is easy and incredibly common from Long Beach. The Astoria-Megler Bridge over the Columbia River is just 30 minutes south, and most RVezy hosts allow trips into Oregon, which opens up Cannon Beach, Tillamook, and the entire Oregon Coast. Cross-border travel into Canada may be permitted depending on the host and their insurance, so message them through the listing before booking if Vancouver or the Sea-to-Sky Highway is on your dream list. Travel into Mexico is not permitted on RVezy rentals because insurance coverage doesn't extend there. Pro tip: a classic Long Beach RV road trip loops south to Astoria, down to Cannon Beach, and back via Portland in about 4 days.

What kind of fuel mileage should I expect, and what are gas prices like in Long Beach?

Plan smart and fuel will not sink your budget. Campervans and Class B rentals around Long Beach get roughly 18 to 22 miles per gallon (mpg), Class C motorhomes average 8 to 12 mpg, and larger Class A rigs sit closer to 6 to 10 mpg. Gas prices in Pacific County, Washington tend to run slightly above the national average, so if you are heading south, filling up across the bridge in Astoria, Oregon can sometimes save a few dollars per tank. The peninsula is only about 28 miles long, so day-to-day driving stays minimal. Top off in Seaview or Ilwaco before any big day trip south to Cannon Beach.

Washington State Parks campgrounds like Cape Disappointment take reservations through the Washington State Parks reservation system, and private parks like Andersen's RV Park and Thousand Trails Long Beach book through their own websites. Shoulder-season dates in May and late September are usually bookable a few weeks out. If your first-choice campground is full, set a cancellation alert and have a backup like Cedar to Surf ready to grab.

What are local driving conditions like on the Long Beach Peninsula?

Driving here is delightfully easy. The Long Beach Peninsula is essentially flat, the speed limit through town is 25 mph, and the main routes (Pacific Way / State Route 103 and Sandridge Road) are wide and well-maintained. Coastal fog rolls in some mornings, so headlights on and easy speeds are smart. If you take your RV onto the drivable beach itself, stay on the hard-packed upper sand, keep to 25 mph, and avoid the soft sand and clam beds. Sections from the Seaview Approach to the Bolstad Approach close to vehicles from April 15 through Labor Day. Pro tip: smaller campervans handle the beach approaches fine; leave the big Class A parked at the campground.

You will be comfortable. Most RV parks in the Long Beach area, including Andersen's RV Park, Thousand Trails Long Beach, and Cedar to Surf, offer full hookups (water, 30/50-amp electric, sewer) at the site, hot showers, laundry, and Wi-Fi at the lodge or clubhouse. There is a dump station on-site at most full-service parks, and propane refills are available at several. For fresh water and a dump on the go, Cape Disappointment State Park has facilities available to campers. Cell service is generally solid on the peninsula, but bring a hotspot or download offline maps if you are heading to Leadbetter Point at the far north tip.

How does payment and the security deposit work on RVezy?

Payment is straightforward and fully handled through RVezy, so no cash or paper checks change hands with the host. You pay through the platform when you book, and most hosts require a refundable security deposit that is pre-authorized on your card before pickup, typically ranging from $500 to $1,500 depending on the RV. As long as you return the RV in the condition you got it, the hold is released after your trip. Do a thorough walkaround with your host at pickup and snap photos of any existing dings. Keep receipts for any propane refills you do mid-trip, some hosts reimburse if you return the tank fuller than you got it.
