This was our family’s first time renting an RV after years of tent camping, and it was a great experience overall. Michael was an excellent host. He delivered the RV to our campsite, had everything set up and ready to go, and took the time to explain how everything worked. As first-time RV renters, that made the experience stress-free and much less intimidating. The RV itself was exactly what we needed for our family of four. It was spacious enough to sleep comfortably, kept us cool during the hot weather, kept us dry through the rain, and everything worked as expected. We spent most of our time outdoors and primarily used the RV for sleeping, and it was perfect for that. The only reason I’m mentioning this is so future renters know what to expect. When we first arrived, there was a noticeable odor inside the RV. As the trip went on, it seemed to be coming from the bathroom/holding tank area. When I mentioned it to Michael at pickup, he was very open about it and explained that it’s something he has to deep clean every few rentals to eliminate the smell. I appreciated his honesty, but since it’s a known issue rather than a one-time occurrence, I think it’s fair for future renters to be aware of it. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience. Michael was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again
