The RV is well-appointed, clean and cared for, and had everything we needed to travel roundtrip from Winnipeg to London, ON. Our trip started with a pre-view of Dottie and a thorough explanation of how to make everything work. Ken also made an explanatory binder that was well-thought out, simple to follow and had answers to all of the questions that we had along the way. Not only is Dottie reliable, she made for a very comfortable holiday. Ken was prompt in responding to any questions that arose and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Had a great time. James was great to deal with. Quick to respond and provide any info or answers I needed. Camper was terrific. The 3 bed options without having to convert table to a bed was a real nice feature. Camper was clean and in good shape and everything worked as expected. James delivered and setup the camper for us so it was all ready when we arrived. Would recommend it again.
