The RV was very comfortable and clean, with no unpleasant odors at all. We had a few minor issues during our trip, but Yuan always responded quickly and helped us resolve them right away. We were a little late picking up the RV, and Yuan was very understanding. He also kindly extended our return time to make up for it, which we really appreciated. Things to do in London
