This BRAND NEW 2025 Grand River Trailer offers everything you need to enjoy a great camping experience. Power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, over head A/C, queen Murphy bed and double bunk beds, 2 burner stove top, microwave, large capacity fridge, propane included with BBQ add on, fresh water capacity of 23 gallons. Comes with all cookware, utensils and dishware. Guest must supply their own toilet paper. Great unit for small family with a dog. Non smoking unit. All pets must have proof of flea/tick treatment before pick up or delivery. Last pics are of metal cutouts I also do along with custom fire pits/rings.

Blair's RV was perfect for our 5 night camping trip. It was clean and nicely setup when we arrived. Blair was easy to communicate with.

Great camper! Just us and a couple of rescue pups and the trailer was all we needed. Blair was great to communicate with from start to end. Very clean and with all the basics you need. We added on the BBQ which was ideal. We will definitely rent with Blair again!
