This 2025 Grand River Trailer offers everything you need to enjoy a great camping experience. Power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, over head A/C, queen Murphy bed and double bunk beds, with capacity of 250lbs. 2 burner stove top, microwave, large capacity fridge, fresh water capacity of 23 gallons. Comes with all cookware, utensils and dishware. Guest must supply their own toilet paper, towels, and handsoap etc. Great unit for small family, 2 adults, 4 kids with a dog. Non smoking unit. PS: If you are renting a site at the Pinery, I will not deliver to the Dunes or Burley. Riverside only. Last pics are of metal cutouts I also do along with custom fire pits/rings.

    This was the first time renting a trailer. Our experience was very positive. The trailer was delivered when they said it would be. Blair blocked the tires, levelled the unit, extended the awning, put down a mat to help with keeping the dirt outside. Set up the generator and provided instructions. The inside the unit was very clean and ready to be used If we need additional beds for guest, we will certainly contact Blair for a rental. Thank you Blair, the trailer made our guests experience very very positive.

    This is my first time renting RV. It was a smooth experience. Owner is easy to communicate and friendly. We paid owner for delivery and I am glad it worked well. The bed of this RV is actually very good to sleep. One thing you need to watch out is the back waste. Don’t use it too often during day light just in case you don’t have enough room for later days. If the air conditioner could be cooler , it will make my staying better in the hot night. The first night is great. The second night is a little bit hard to sleep. In general I will recommend this RV.
