2025 Grand River 22MB

This 2025 Grand River Trailer offers everything you need to enjoy a great camping experience. Power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, over head A/C, queen Murphy bed and double bunk beds, with capacity of 250lbs. 2 burner stove top, microwave, large capacity fridge, fresh water capacity of 23 gallons. Comes with all cookware, utensils and dishware. Guest must supply their own toilet paper, towels, and handsoap etc. Great unit for small family, 2 adults, 4 kids with a dog. Non smoking unit. PS: If you are renting a site at the Pinery, I will not deliver to the Dunes or Burley. Riverside only. Last pics are of metal cutouts I also do along with custom fire pits/rings.

Great communication, trailer exactly as advertised, clean and fully functional, they even included some extra cleaning supplies, tools, small appliances, floor rugs, etc, everything we needed!!!
