This 2025 Grand River Trailer offers everything you need to enjoy a great camping experience. Power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, over head A/C, queen Murphy bed and double bunk beds, 2 burner stove top, microwave, large capacity fridge, fresh water capacity of 23 gallons. Comes with all cookware, utensils and dishware. Guest must supply their own toilet paper, towels, and handsoap etc. Great unit for small family with a dog. Non smoking unit. All pets must have proof of flea/tick treatment before pick up or delivery. Last pics are of metal cutouts I also do along with custom fire pits/rings.
