The RV was very comfortable and clean, with no unpleasant odors at all. We had a few minor issues during our trip, but Yuan always responded quickly and helped us resolve them right away. We were a little late picking up the RV, and Yuan was very understanding. He also kindly extended our return time to make up for it, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful rental experience. We would definitely rent from Yuan again if we have the chance. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
JOHN was fantastic! I know that’s how most reviews start, but it’s true… :-) Went to five different camp areas and had no problem manoeuvring this vehicle anywhere whatsoever :-) it was amazing. Easy set up, easy cleanup, including the black water and gray water… Don’t worry, easy Peezy… Don’t think about it just do it. By the way, we did not go to the United States. We stayed 10 days in Canada… which is the way it should be :-)
This was our first RV rental and Scott made it so easy. The RV was easy to drive and well equipped. We were very happy with the RV and how clean and well maintained it was. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this one again!
