Ali was responsive and very accommodating. The RV was clean and easy to drive. Our family of 2 kids and a dog slept and traveled comfortably. This was our first RV trip and we would do it again!
Renting a RV was our 1st experience.
The owner was very patient with us explaining everything. We had to clean the inside before leaving.
Ali told us there was some issues with the awning. (Should Have been write in the add when we looked with RVezy) We wouldn’t have rent it. He mentionne were to find some fuses if any problem. Lots of Sun, opening was fine, closing half way stopped. We call someone referred by a camper .. he closed it manually.. but told us he needed a new motor. Ali reimbursed us the call.
Told us to use just one Jack, but to do manually. RV wasn’t stable.The other one was broken. Then, shower was leaking on the bedroom floor. After doing the dishes the 1sr night, water was leaking under the sink. It was reported to Ali. Very fast to answer back. Told us to call to have the water fix. We close the valve under the sink and no more shower in the RV.
Lots of issues,but had nice time with our freinds. We love camping. We’ll rent again. If any issues, should be written on the add.
