Overall very good. Couldn't use water due to the low temperature in Apr, but we were able to handle it. Has all necessary kitchen wares in case you need to cook. It was very warm with the heater at night. Gordon was very helpful.

Gord responded quickly to the booking request and to messages sent through RVezy. We picked up and dropped off the trailer with Gord’s brother Mike who was also good to work with. The trailer was clean and as advertised. The only reason for a lower rating is that some items were not available as stated; coffee maker, toaster, CD and DVD. These were things that we had planned to use. As a renter, I would have liked to have known that. Otherwise no issues and rental was as negotiated.

We were very pleased with the camper rental. It fit our family perfectly with just the right amount of space. When we received the camper it was very clean and came stocked with the necessary amenities. The owner was very helpful, friendly and got back to us in a reasonable time frame if we had any questions or concerns We will be renting from Gordon again in the near future. We will definitely recommend his camper to friends and family.

The pick up and drop off went very well. I was given lots of time to ask questions and the set up was very straight forward. The trailer for the most part worked as advertised. No major problems. However, halfway through my week long rental the fridge stopped working. The owner was unable to solve the problem over the phone and so I had to get a cooler and ice for the remainder of the week. The owner was unwilling to offer any discount for my inconvenience and additional expense. I was told that he only rents new trailers and so this kind of thing doesn't happen but sometimes things just break. I do agree that things do just sometimes break but I also think that customers should get what they pay for and what I paid for was a trailer with a working fridge for a week. I did not get that.

We are a retired couple in our late 60’s looking for a 2 week trip to the east coast of Canada. We decided to rent a trailer to pull behind our midsize RV with 5000lb tow capacity as COVOD-19 is still prevalent in many provinces, Through RVEZY we contacted the owner of a small 19" trailer who told us that previous owners had pulled it with a minivan. Unfortunately when the trailer arrived I felt it was too heavy and unstable to safely travel that long a distance so we cancelled our trip out east as well as all the campsite bookings and instead booked some short local camping sites in Ontario. We were very disappointed we did not make it to the Maritimes and hopefully will stay healthy to try again next year. :(
