2023 Grand River. Outdoor fridge , grill and sink. Sleeps 10, with entrance to bathroom from inside and out. Beautiful kitchen and doors that shut off master bedroom and back four bunks for added privacy. Although not in pictures does have a T.V and all required hoses for hook ups.     This is a great trailer layout, with some wear and tear to be aware of. There is water damage on the hallway floor outside the bathroom and a soft spot. Bathroom door doesn't close well and a few other things are missing or damaged. Otherwise it seems intact and well stocked for a trip. The broom and vacuum were helpful. Jeff was responsive and helpful until after we picked up the trailer. We then had some questions about the missing outdoor grill which he did not reply to. It would have been nice just to know either way. We do not expect a spotless unit since it is used for camping, but it was not well cleaned prior to pickup. I spent an hour dusting and wiping surfaces, and vacuuming sand, dirt, and cobwebs. Overall a great trailer but be ready for some work/workarounds if you prefer a cleaner experience.
