We recently updated our delivery pricing model to make delivery costs between the pickup and drop-off of the RV more straightforward.
We truly value the feedback received from many hosts following this update. Rest assured, we are actively incorporating your insights to improve the experience further.
What Changed?
Based on your feedback, we've shifted to a more precise method. We now calculate delivery distances based on the actual driving distance from the address of the RV to the destination input by the guest. (This is calculated using the shortest route from Google Maps).
This update ensures that the pricing for delivery is fair and accurate, closely reflecting the real-world costs associated with delivery.
Here's what this means for you:
- More Accurate Pricing: Delivery charges now mirror the distance driven to deliver the RV, using the shortest route provided.
- Transparency: A clearer breakdown of how delivery costs are calculated, so hosts and guests can see the exact determination of charges.
- Booking Edits: Guests can now add/remove delivery using the edit booking feature available through their booking details page.
Ready to update your delivery pricing?
Using the IOS/Android native app
- Tap the More icon on your navigation bar in the RVezy App
- In the menu that appears, tap "my listings" and select the RV to edit.
- While editing, navigate to the pricing section and scroll down to the delivery option.
- You can view and modify your delivery pricing to your desired amounts here.
Using web/mobile web
- Login to your RVezy account and click on "My RVezy" in the navigation bar.
- From your dashboard, select the listing you want to edit and click on "edit"
- Navigate to the pricing section and scroll down to the delivery option.
