The new request money feature

A few weeks ago, we introduced the new and improved request money feature, a way to request money from your guest for additional trip expenses such as mileage, damages, generator usage, and other relevant charges.

As a host, you now have 30 days from when the trip ends to request money from your guest. You can learn more about requesting money from your guest here.

Say goodbye to the old request money/closeout service fees

We are thrilled to inform you that we have eliminated service fees when you request additional money from your guest, which means more money landing in your pocket.

Introducing the new 5% transaction fee

Under the new initiative, you will be charged a minimal 5% transaction fee when requesting money from your guests. The 5% fee covers the costs of collecting and processing the guest's payment and depositing the funds into your bank account.
