Lovely older clean bright camper trailer in great shape with lots of room for two or a family with 2 children,well set up and everything working. price does NOT include the cost of the campground, if you want to have a nice home base to enjoy all the park has to offer this is perfect! i will personally set up and pickup but only in one of the area campsites within a 20 km radius. sorry but no pets or smoking! simply book your POWERED campsite at wapiti wabasso or whistler campgrounds or i can assist or advise where to book. The trailer is equipped with a manual slide, heat and air conditioning, bathroom ( small shower /tub), fold down sofa and table as well as queen bed in upper loft area. Dishes and kitchen/ cooking supplies are provided, just bring your bedding, hook up to your own 5th wheel hitch and be own your way! Renters will be responsible for filling water and sanitation dumping prior to return.

This clean and well maintained holiday trailer is perfect for your family camping trip in Jasper National Park, and easily sleeps 5. You will be responsible for booking your full service campsite (electricity, water and sewer) and the site will need to accommodate a 30’ trailer. Power only sites may be accommodated for limited length stay (due to the size of water and sewer holding tanks). Free Delivery to Whistlers and Wapiti Campgrounds in Jasper National Park, contact if requesting outside this area for availability and cost. Reservable campgrounds within Jasper National Park include Whistler campground, Wapiti campground and Wabasso campground. Before your arrival I will need confirmation of your reservation (site and campground). Your trailer will be set up and ready to go for you by approximately 4:30 pm and will pick up at 10:30am of your departure day. (guests must arrive between 4:30-6 pm for orientation)

Camping in here is a breeze with all the storage space and panty! It is fully maintained, and cleaned immaculately. Our trailer will meet all your needs this summer. (Preferred) Please make sure to book a full hook up site for use of our trailer. Other inquiries can be discussed. Enjoy the following for beds: 🛏️ Full-sized queen mattress in a private bedroom - Sleeps 2 🛏️🛏️ 2 double-sized bunks (plug in on the bottom one) - Sleeps 2 (under 18) 🛋️ Couch can sleep 1 shorter person We are asking that the table not be used as a bed, the table can be stiff to put down and we do not want any damaged caused. The couch when put down kids commonly want to jump on it so we are asking that you please respect the furniture in the trailer. We love our trailer and we don’t want massive groups of people sleeping in it. Which is why we set the sleeping arrangements to 5 max. (Preferred for Family Use) We ask that there is only one person on the top bunk (1 youth) and 1 person on the bottom bunk teenager/light adult on the bottom is fine or 2 young children on the bottom. You will be in a fully air-conditioned unit. Full-sized bathroom with separate door access, large fridge, and stove/oven! All you need to bring is clothes, food, and bedding/linens! Note: We will have toilet paper in the trailer for you but if you run out you need to make sure you use septic safe toilet paper that you use in the trailer. This RV is loaded with all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and much more on request. I will provide you images of what is provided (if the listing photos aren’t updated), anything else can be provided on request. This 2013 Keystone Springdale is a great trailer for any family who is interested in taking their loved ones on an adventure. It sleeps up to 10 people as it has a queen size bed in the master, a pull out sofa that is the size of a queen bed, a bunk bed with a top and bottom bunk, and you can turn the dinette area into a bed as well (Main bedroom and bunk beds have upgraded memory foam toppers on them). There is enough storage in this RV to pack away as many items as possible to free up space in the truck that will tow it. The trailer is easily pulled by a 3/4 ton pickup (a requirement for anyone who wants to rent it). There is an outdoor shower on the side of the trailer for rinsing off sand or other debris before going inside. This is a great trailer for family fun and will provide the opportunity for families to generate memories that will last a lifetime. Microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Come equipped with evening you need for for a get away or seasonal stay. Tons of storage with a closet in the bedroom, cabinets above and lower cubbies. Cieling to floor storage cabinet to use for linens and / or a pantry. Storage under dining table benches, loads of kitchen cabinets, storage in rear room and 2 outside storage spaces. This trailer is 17 years old, updated flooring, seating and paint. It does however show its age in some spots. It does have scuffs and scrapes. Appliances available for a cost include an 11 in 1 pressure cooker/ air fryer and / or a food processor. Included is a bullet mixer, coffee grinder, electric and stovetop water kettle. The back wall of the travel trailer features additional countertop and overhead cabinets along with a three burner range top with overhead microwave, refrigerator and pantry. A super slide houses a 44" x 74" u-shaped dinette and a sofa with overhead storage above it. Across from the slide, you will find two lounge chairs for relaxing. An end table is situated between them as well as overhead cabinets that extend from the kitchen area. An entertainment center at the front of this area offers easy viewing from any seat. A side aisle bathroom has a toilet, vanity sink, medicine cabinet and corner angled shower with skylight. A coat rack is directly across the hall. The private front bedroom features a king size bed, three wardrobes, nightstands and overhead cabinets for lots of storage options.
