Sleeping: Extremely comfortable memory foam king bed, double bunks and dinette that folds into a bed. This camper can sleep 6-8 people. Rental comes with full sheet/comforter set on king bed as well as 4 pillows and 4 sleeping bags for the other beds. (Note: Please do not bring any bedding outside or remove any of the waterproof covers from the pillows or mattresses) Cooking: Kitchen is well equip with a good sized sink, 3-burner stove, small oven and good sized fridge. Kitchen is stocked with various pots/pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. There is also an outdoor kitchen with small sink, mini fridge and a small bbq. Bathroom: Small bathroom on board with toilet, sink and a decent sized shower. (Note: Instructions will be provided for toilet use/waste management. Renters are expected to follow instructions for proper septic usage and flushing. An extra fee will be applied if septic requires additional cleaning due to misuse. There is an “add on” for septic to be dumped/cleaned at end of stay if camping at a site without a septic hookup) Features: Power awning, outdoor lights, dual zone (indoor/outdoor) stereo, TV with HDMI input and Roku connection (useful when wifi is available). *IMPORTANT* - This camper is STRICTLY 100% smoke free! - Pets will be considered on case by case basis.

Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker is definitely a winner. We purchased it because it met all of our requirements and personal needs. Therefore, we believe it will meet yours. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker seats and sleeps 8 persons. The main bedroom is in the back with lots cabinets and drawers for personal stuff and 2 night stands on both sides of a queen sized bed. It features bunk beds for the kids near the bathroom and a TV to entertain them. One of those beds folds into a sofa with seatbelts. That way they will be entertained while you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decent size refrigerator(electicity), 3 top burner(propane) and multi-function microwave/oven(electicity). The diningroom and livingroom are as shown in the pictures. They turn into extra beds if the overhead queen size bed is not enough. One thing you will not lack is storage because there are so many drawers and cabinets including side to side storage underneath. There is a generator onboard and we offer 5 hours per day for free and a small fee for extra hours. There is also a solar panel that will charge the batteries. It will be your responsibility to empty the tanks (gray and black water). However, we can take care of it for you for a small convenience fee. It is also your responsibility to fill the gas tank to the same level but we won't mind doing this for you for a small convenience fee. We could also deliver, prepare and hook everything up for you at your chosen/preferred campground for a small fee. And if you choose to drive it, there are 3 cameras (back, left and right) to help you. It drives like a truck
