Sleeping: Extremely comfortable memory foam king bed, double bunks and dinette that folds into a bed. This camper can sleep 6-8 people. Rental comes with full sheet/comforter set on king bed as well as 4 pillows and 4 sleeping bags for the other beds. (Note: Please do not bring any bedding outside or remove any of the waterproof covers from the pillows or mattresses) Cooking: Kitchen is well equip with a good sized sink, 3-burner stove, small oven and good sized fridge. Kitchen is stocked with various pots/pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. There is also an outdoor kitchen with small sink, mini fridge and a small bbq. Bathroom: Small bathroom on board with toilet, sink and a decent sized shower. (Note: Instructions will be provided for toilet use/waste management. Renters are expected to follow instructions for proper septic usage and flushing. An extra fee will be applied if septic requires additional cleaning due to misuse. There is an “add on” for septic to be dumped/cleaned at end of stay if camping at a site without a septic hookup) Features: Power awning, outdoor lights, dual zone (indoor/outdoor) stereo, TV with HDMI input and Roku connection (useful when wifi is available). *IMPORTANT* - This camper is STRICTLY 100% smoke free! - Pets will be considered on case by case basis.

This brand new travel trailer was just delivered June 15, 2022. It has all the comforts of home including a TV in the main room and in the bedroom! Sleeps 9, but 4 comfortably on a queen bed and 2 bunks… couch and table also convert to beds. Bedding can be included with this rental for a small fee. Bathroom has good sized shower, toilet and sink, and there is an outdoor shower as well. Kitchen has oversized sink, 3 burners and a stove. Also a full sized fridge freezer and a microwave complete this lovely kitchen. As an added bonus, there is an outdoor grill and fridge! Awning is powered and it is easy to put up some folding chairs, and enjoy your favourite beverage without having to go inside! Kitchen has pots, pans, cutlery, mugs and much more so you don’t need to bring anything from home!! Living room area has a couch and dining room table, lots of storage and a built in stereo system! Floors are faux wood throughout. Pick up time is no earlier than 3pm and drop off return time is 10:30am. An extra fee will be charged for late drop off or early pick up. Septic must be emptied prior to return of the camper. The cost to dump the septic is a costly add-on charge.

Kayak, SUP, Row, swim, enjoy the amazing sunsets, just a step from your front door. Our preference is to use trailer where it is located, right on the water. We are approx 15 minutes from Clam Harbour Beach, 20 mins from Martinique Beach and 30 mins from Lawrencetown beach. All world class destinations on the Eastern Shore of NS. A quick 35-45 mins into Dartmouth or Halifax. If you have made other plans for camping, I would need to deliver.

Outdoor access to the "powder room" makes for easy access from the campfire without disturbing the kids If you do have a truck capable of towing our house on wheels, we will supply the hitch, a set of weight distribution bars & 2x sway bars for added safety. - Must be able to tow over 11000 lbs minimum if you are pulling this rig. If you are not experienced at towing, this is not the right trailer for you to haul! We will not release the trailer if your vehicle is inadequate so please provide the make, model and towing capacity of your vehicle upon booking request to ensure your time is not wasted. - 50 amp service hookup, 15/30 amp will work with our provided adapters, however some functions of the trailer may not run simultaneously. - Destination must have septic access. - A courtesy sweep before closing up is necessary - Prefer to keep trailer within NS. - If you're unsure of something - Just ask, we don't mind! Delivery and pickup will be quoted at $2.20 / km for each trip (delivery is a trip and pickup is a trip). For example, if you would like the trailer delivered to a campground 50 kms away from our home(where it's kept), this would be 100kms, totaling $220.00 for delivery and pickup. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker is definitely a winner. We purchased it because it met all of our requirements and personal needs. Therefore, we believe it will meet yours. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker seats and sleeps 8 persons. The main bedroom is in the back with lots cabinets and drawers for personal stuff and 2 night stands on both sides of a queen sized bed. It features bunk beds for the kids near the bathroom and a TV to entertain them. One of those beds folds into a sofa with seatbelts. That way they will be entertained while you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decent size refrigerator(electicity), 3 top burner(propane) and multi-function microwave/oven(electicity). The diningroom and livingroom are as shown in the pictures. They turn into extra beds if the overhead queen size bed is not enough. One thing you will not lack is storage because there are so many drawers and cabinets including side to side storage underneath. There is a generator onboard and we offer 5 hours per day for free and a small fee for extra hours. There is also a solar panel that will charge the batteries. It will be your responsibility to empty the tanks (gray and black water). However, we can take care of it for you for a small convenience fee. It is also your responsibility to fill the gas tank to the same level but we won't mind doing this for you for a small convenience fee. We could also deliver, prepare and hook everything up for you at your chosen/preferred campground for a small fee. And if you choose to drive it, there are 3 cameras (back, left and right) to help you. It drives like a truck
