This is a 2017 Forest River Rainier bumper pull bunk house trailer. This trailer has it all indoor and outdoor. It is clean inside and outside and fully stocked for your basic needs. This rig is spacious and great for entertaining your family and/or friends. There is plenty of living amenities which include exterior kitchen with fridge and sink. Outdoor shower for any of those fun adventures. Automatic awning extends to help beat the heat and is wonderfully lit by LED lighting for those late night activities. Wonderful sound system interior and exterior that can be paired with smart devices. Interior area includes full kitchen with freezer and fridge. Also is equipped with all necessary dish ware, utensils, cooking supplies. Bathroom will have RV toilet paper in it ready to go. Bedroom has doors that can easily be closed off to watch the late night movies and snuggle in on a queen mattress with two closets next to it. Queen bed comes with linens. Leather couch that easily makes out into sleeping space. Banquet style dining also converts easily for more sleeping availability. Nestled in the corner is a set of two double bunks furnished with teddybear mattresses and private curtains. Inside the trailer is also equipped with great lighting and climate control heating and air conditioning. We love this 2016 Jaco Precept RV! Enjoy the scenery with the 120-inch panoramic windshield. It's great for families because each child can have their own space to relax on the bunk beds. It's exciting having movie nights using the outside 39-inch tv by a fire, relaxing on the blow-up couch which is also a queen-size bed. We have a Blue-ray player with many movies for your entertainment. The extra-large fridge/freezer can accommodate groceries from any big shopping spree. Sleeping is heavenly on two upgraded custom mattresses. The top bunk has a weight limit of 300 pounds. Tons of space for storage. Never take a cold shower with the on-demand water heater. Additional info: Fresh linens, 4 camping chairs, Microwave/convection oven, dish soap, dish towels, 4 rolls of TP, hairdryer, plates, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, blow-up queen size bed with blower.

Our Class C motorhome has a spacious floor plan with a single slide out and is fully equipped for six people to hop in and go. We provide linens and a fully equipped kitchen as well as camp chairs, cooler and outdoor folding table for enjoying the great outdoors. All you need is your food, clothes and personal items. Sleeping arrangements; (Max 4 adults) One queen size bed in bedroom sleeps 2 adults One over the cab bed sleeps 2 adults Dinette sleeps 2 children Folding out couch could fit one small child but not suitable for adults or taller children Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for all beds. Bath towels are also provided. Seatbelts for 7 people Kitchen: Equipped with a convection microwave, gas range, oven, refrigerator and freezer. We include plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, wine bottle opener and roasting sticks (for those s’mores). Also, included is a small selection of spices. This RV has an auto leveler which makes set up and take down very simple. Entertainment: This unit has two indoor TVs and one outdoor TV along with outdoor speakers and a DVD player and aerial antenna. We have also included a few of our favorite camp games. Pets: We allow two small dogs under 20 lb each. No large dogs or cats. This RV is loaded with all the comforts we could think of. In the kitchen we've included many pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware and shot glasses :) yes, we tried to think of everything. We also added many kitchen necessities such as peeler, can opener, knives, skewers, wine opener as well as hot dog and marshmallow thingy's to cook over an open fire. In a cabinet we have included salt, pepper and many spices we regularly use cooking in our own kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee pot if you are non functioning without caffein LOL. We upgraded the full mattress and let me tell you it is worthy. We found the couch bed a bit lumpy so included is a memory foam topper, it's now supper comfy. We stock the trailer with fresh linens and in colder months extra blankets. For your amusement included are board games, DVD movies, books and magazines for the young and young at heart ;). Bring your favorite music CD's to enjoy inside or outside under the awning or the stars. There are 4 bag chairs as well as a folding table for your outdoor enjoyment. We have tried to anticipate all of your needs and believe you will really enjoy the upgraded comforts.
This camper is awesome! I love the room we have and the stable stairs leading up to the front of the camper. The fireplace and built in Bluetooth radio are awesome! The outside shower hose is a must if staying in dirty or sandy areas so you won’t track that mess inside. The space you have in the fridge and freezer is amazing! We’ve been able to pack enough food for 4 days without having to shop for more and the pantry space is so much better!
