(Tables, bbq, bikes etc.) Any damages that occur because of these actions is the responsibility of the renter. Be vigilant of weather conditions when using awning. If there is gusts of wind, it is not advised to have awning out. Any damage cost that occur to awning during trip is the responsibility of the renter. Leave trailer in same condition you received it.
