It also has a wet bath large enough to turn around in after a long hike or swimming at the beach. It has a sink, toilet, shower and an outside shower. There's a mirror with a medicine cabinet for all of your toiletries. There's storage for hanging clothes and drawers for your personal items. For the convivence of boondocking, it has a 27 gallon fresh water holding tank. 13 gallon waste/black tank and a 13 gallon waste/grey tank. We want you to have the best experience possible without the hassle of bringing everything so we have included: silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, hand soap, towels (kitchen/bath/washcloths), pillows and linen. Oh! We can't forget about the k-cup coffee maker, so be sure to bring your favorite k-cups for when you're sitting outside under the awning enjoying your scenery. Radio with Bluetooth that can play music or tv audio inside, outside or both. A cozy electric fireplace that can be used with or with the heat on. We like to keep the light on at night just as a night light. The table and benches seat 4 people and can be made into a bed to sleep 2 additional people. The kitchen has an island where the sink is located along with extra counter space to prepare meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and most things you would need for cooking. We also keep stocked in the kitchen pantry a Keurig coffee maker and small blender. The bathroom is equipped with hot water shower, bidet on toilet. Towels and wash cloths are all included as well. While outside, you will enjoy our outdoor kitchen that includes 2 gas burners, an outdoor refrigerator, electric griddle and electric burner. Also an assortment of grilling utensils. There are 2 spray ports that can be used to rinse off, one on the back and the one on the side has hot water as well. At night there are LED lights above the doors and on the front of the camper. If there are any special requests or questions about other items let us know! What’s Included: Bedding for all beds, 6 towels, 6 washcloths, all kitchen utensils, starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and rv toilet paper. In the outdoor kitchen we have a second refrigerator, gas burners, electric griddle, and grilling tools. Outdoor table, hammock, games, and 2 chairs all included. You are responsible for refilling propane tanks should you run out. We provide 2 full tanks upon the beginning of your stay. The black water tank is 45 gallon, the fresh water tank is 52 gallon, the grey water tanks combined are 90 gallon, propane is 2 40lb tanks, and hot water heater tank is 6 gallon electric and propane. Booking must have at minimum 30A hookup or be rented with one of our generators. Insurance DOES NOT COVER AWNING or any awning parts. Use of awning is not allowed and will be disabled. Any and all damage to the awning while in your possession is the responsibility of the renter. Most damage to awnings exceed the deposit amount. Any fees charged at the end of the rental will include a service fee that it charged by RVezy

A propane griddle and campfire cooking tools are supplied to accommodate your outdoor cooking needs. Propane for the camper and all outdoor cooking appliances is included in the price of the rental. No Smoking Inside- If we suspect that anyone smoked inside the RV, $500 will be deducted from your security deposit. Empty the septic tanks before returning. Returning the RV with waste in the black water tank will result in $100 being deducted from your security deposit. Remember to fuel up before check-in. Returning the RV with less fuel then when it was checked out will result in $6 deducted from your security deposit for every gallon required to refill.
