We have an airbnb by Disney World and have loved being super hosts and meeting so many amazing families. We have decided to rent out our RV so that others can enjoy our cozy camper and we can continue to meet wonderful families from all over. You’ll feel right at home while traveling on the road or parked at the campground. * if you have any questions or special requests, we are pretty flexible and easy going. Happy to help assist in making your vacation the best one yet! What’s included with your rental: -Starter kit: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 hand soap -Cleaning supplies: sanitation wipes, dust buster, broom/pan -Outdoor rug - 6 camping chairs - Keurig - kitchen basics - cleaning/prep fee ($150) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies. *it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. Supplemental rental agreement (SRA) document must be signed after booking reservation confirmed. Please note the following rules: * No smoking * No pets * No festivals Tailgating is allowed upon approval. $250 fee taken from security deposit if any of these rules are violated. This RV is incredibly versatile. It can easily be a used for a weekend getaway or extremely extended trips. "Great Escape" is a 2021 travel trailer that is great for couples or a small family of 4. It's equipped with a very comfortable queen-sized bed, jack knife sofa and convertible dinette. It has all the amenities such as heat, a/c, sink, stove, microwave, and some luxuries, like an air fryer and ice maker (for you bartenders) and a Keurig. Our travel trailer is perfect for your outdoor adventures, festivals and tailgating. Boondocking is available too, set up with 55 gallon water onboard a solar power system for your off the grid needs. It's small enough to get into awesome places but large enough to hang out with friends and family. Don't forget to bring your pup as there is a leash hook and we provide (Yeti) water and food bowls. We provide everything for your camping needs including a hitch, just bring your vehicle ( SUV, Half-ton Truck).
