The rear Master king size bed is usable even with the slide in. In addition to 2 A/Cs, she also has Propane, Electric Fireplace and Water Heater. (Table/Couch will only fit 1 adult comfortably or 2 children). *TOWELS, SHEETS and BLANKETS are NOT Included* Bed Mattresses and Pillows have Waterproof, Bed Bug Proof and Allergen Proof covers on them. These include: 4 beach chairs and a child beach chair with canopy, 2 oversized beach bags, 1 beach blanket, a large umbrella, beach wagon, 2 tables, a cooler with 4 Oversized ice packs and 6 smaller sized ice packs and smaller cooler, water jug, and some beach toys. I included some shelling gear for my fellow shellers. (metal scoop and small net and shell bag with zipper spot for minis). There is a beach regulation fire pit for the beach. It's just the walls. There is no base and it lies flat in the outdoor storage. Please go online and be sure to have the proper permit for having a fire on the beach. Please follow all rules for your benefit. Park Rangers are there. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach or a nice ride on the water. You can listen to music inside or outside in the entertainment area or both. The u-shaped dinette and table can seat 6. The bathroom has a shower with a tub base instead of shower base which is a great plus for the kiddies. With a skylight for better lighting. There is a blow dryer and hot iron for your use. The bathroom has another entrance door that makes it a lot easier to navigate a crowded RV or for easy access to toilet or shower. There is a second 32" Smart TV in the bunkhouse, great extra for kids, especially on a rainy day. There is an extra 40" TV for outdoor hookup to enjoy. This is located under couch. The TV mount is outside main entrance above outlet. Extras provided to lighten your travel load include coloring books for all ages, reading books for all ages, multi card games, puzzles for all ages including a puzzle board for larger puzzles. You can tow it yourself, or have us bring it to your camp site for you. If you choose delivery, the delivery fee includes setting up the camper at your site, and connecting it to all available utilities. This camper comes fully equipped, so all you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, and your food and beverages. Sleeping arrangements: Boasting a private master bedroom at one end and double bunks at the other, along with a couch and a dinette that can both convert to beds, this camper can sleep your entire party of 6-8 adults or up to 10 if you have a few kiddoes. For even bigger parties, we also have a large 8-10 person tent available to rent for additional sleeping space.
