Justin M.Aug 2025Mariana and her Husband were very easy to deal with. Fast response times and great communication. The trailer was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the experience. The trailer came with absolutely everything you need for a great adventure. The only thing I want to mention to help the next camper would be that the queen beds on each side have very thin mattresses. You would be smart to bring some kind of pad to sleep on if this will bother you. Only thing that could make it better would be a new or second battery for dry camping and maybe thicker beds for us heavier adults. But nothing to dock a star for. It even survived a tornado in our park where several other trailers were severely damaged, including our friends who were in the 'space right next to us. This trailer did not even get a scratch!
