About Clay

We had a wonderful 10 day camping trip in Clay’s trailer. The trailer layout worked out perfectly for our family: the playpen fit on the table (folded down) and our 3.5 year old slept so well on the top bunk. He couldn’t get down by himself either, so we had no problems of him not staying in bed! Thank you for providing a great trailer for a comfortable camping trip and being so great to work with!

Our family had a really great experience with this trailer! It was exactly what we were looking for - not to big, not too small, and offered protection while we camped in bear country. Clay was extremely helpful and patient with us. I would definitely recommend this trailer.

Clay was great! Always responded quickly to any questions I had before and during our trip. We had him deliver and pick up the trailer to our campsite which was an added bonus as well. We have already booked a second trip with Clay are looking forward to using his trailer again.

Clay and Joanne’s trailer was great. Very well taken care of and clean. Pick up was made very easy by them and drop off was just as convenient. The trailer was well stocked with everything you could need on your camping trip. We would definitely rent from them again!

Clay was great to deal with and the trailer had everything we needed.

The experience started off well with having a nice trailer, clear instructions and even left a complimentary smores box. The issue occurred over the size of the hitch. I brought my own hitch and had asked prior what size hitch the trailer took. I was sent a message that it was a 2 inch hitch. Well I picked up the trailer and it was hooked up by Clay and I looked at it myself and everything appeared proper. I towed the trailer to the mountains and spent the weekend there. When I was ready to leave I checked the hitch and noticed it was lose and that the trailer easily came off the hitch. I determined it was a 2 inch and 5 /16 inch hitch required. I messaged Clay and he acknowledged the mistake. We were lucky we didnt lose the trailer while towing it. I was stuck in the mountains and had to shop for a hitch which took me just over 3 hours. The heat also didn't work for us. When I dropped off the trailer I was trying to explain the situation to Clay and work out something for a portion of my money back and he became extremely upset and agitated. I'm not sure if he was having a really bad day or what was going on but the last intersction was not pleasant.
