About Jamie

Jamie was a pleasure to deal with right from the moment of his first inquiry. Very kind and enthusiastic, he called us up to go through all of the details leading up to his trip. Even with experience hauling he wanted to be sure he had everything straightened away before we sent him on his way with his family- so a dream for any owner! His family took great care with our trailer returning it just as clean as they received it. While there was a slight mishap with a panel on the generator Jamie was very forthcoming and took the lead on locating the replacement through the manufacturer and even offered his services to install the new part. While no damage is always preferable, we understand these things can happen and couldn’t have asked for better in how Jamie addressed and resolved the issue. He is a stand up guy with a wonderful young family and we look forward to having them rent with us again.
