Very nice and easy going individual. Unaware electrical hook up was not working until arrival so I ended up delivering and setting up trailer at discounted rate. Was not quite ready for pick up time but was able to move her vehicle and finish removing personal belongings from camper within 10min of agreed upon timing. Overall very nice lady who kept our camper clean.
