Jody S.Aug 2021A nice little trailer, with comfy beds and lots of storage space. Henry was very responsive to me when I had a few issues. Unfortunately, the fridge wouldn't stay on in propane mode, not a problem if you're plugged in, and the blackwater valve handle looks to have been broken at some point. The battery did not work on the trailer, but I was able to diagnose and fix the problem. The owners were thankful and we were able to come to a reasonable agreement to cover the inconvenience. I would rent from them again.

A bit crowded for 2 adults and 3 children in regards to sleeping arrangements.- Brian P.Aug 2020KK Trailer provided good accommodation for 3 adults. Only issue was the battery; it appeared to not take or hold a charge. It appears fine while plugged into the running truck or direct to electricity. If unplugged, it could not power a light or the pump alone. This could have been a major issue, however we were able to access a plug-in for power, lights, pump, and furnace/AC unit. One suggestion, it may be valuable to provide instructions for some of the functions of the trailer. For example, even though all users on this trip were familiar with RV's and trailers, we struggled with lighting the oven and understanding some lights and switches. We were able to figure the lights out. Overall the trailer met our needs for this 8 day trip. I was somewhat concerned when 5 days into the trip the owner requested an early return of the trailer on our last day in order for a friend to use it. This seems to me to be somewhat inappropriate given we were paid thru Aug 9th (the day of our return), had plans for Aug.9th and had agreed to a return time prior to pick up. With Covid, I would have expected a very thorough cleaning would have been completed, and was paid for in our rental. As it was, we returned the trailer approximately 30 mins earlier than we agreed and have no idea if it was actually used by the owners friend.
