Mike and the family took great care of the trailer. It was extremely dirty and he took the time to get the outside cleaned up

Overall a friendly guy with great trailer sense. Not the best at showing up on time as he was 2+hours late picking the trailer up causing me to leave work earlier than required. Timings were discussed for drop off as I had plans and received a call when they were an hour away saying the would be an hour early. Once again had to stop doing what I was doing to accommodate. Trailer floors dirty upon return. With all that said a very nice couple non the less.
