This was my first time renting an RV through RVezy, so I was still learning how everything worked, and she made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond for us. Before our trip, she even took the time to find bikes for my girls to use while we were camping and sent me pictures to make sure they would work for them. That little extra effort meant so much to me and was such a thoughtful touch! She answered all of my questions, made sure we had everything we needed, gave us helpful information about the campground, and was incredibly accommodating with our schedule. She even made an exception to meet us just before 6 a.m. for pickup so we could get on the road home. When we arrived, the RV was already completely set up and ready for us, which made travelling and camping with my girls so much easier. You can genuinely tell Tania care about the people renting from her and wants them to have the best experience possible. She made our first RV rental such a positive experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Five stars simply doesn’t feel like enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely rent from Tania again and recommend her without hesitation. Thank you for everything, Tania!

Very pleasant and honest to deal with. Very responsive when issues beyond their control arose and were dealt with promptly and professionally. We will definitely use Tania again when we have the opportunity.

Only a host who has camped extensively would have prepared the unit this well. Kitichen utensils, camp chairs, BBQ , details like Coffee Maker Lanterns flashlights Good Knives and serving utencils ALL in good order, charged and working. Everything was clean. Communication was excellent better than i have ever experienced before at other suppliers.

Communication was also very good, with clear and detailed explanations on how to use the RV and where items were located. The RV was very clean, and the replacement items were well-stocked, making it feel more like an Airbnb experience. We purchased the highest level of insurance on RVezy, but I feel that next time, we might choose the mid-level insurance. Overall, this was an almost perfect trip, and I hope we all had an unforgettable memories. We would like to choose Tania's RV again for our next trip.

Braden W.Jul 2024The RV had a couple issues with the battery holding a charge but Tania and Troy were incredible hosts, came all the way out to our campsite in Banff to check on things and then again to switch out the battery. Our only concern was we were provided the trailer with the flat being used as Tania was getting the regular tire repaired. We just wish we had known ahead of time and that the spare tire has been completely filled with air. Tania was willing to bring over her air compressor however a neighbor gratefully lent us theirs to fill the tire before we left and it was good the rest of the trip. Tania offered to bring out the tire once it was fixed, but we weren’t too far so we decided to see how the spare would do, and it was fine. Only reason for lower rating for cleanliness is I am a very clean person and felt certain things for my liking could have been cleaner. I do understand there can be some dirt during traveling, but certain things are not. All in all we were happy with the trailer. It was nice and big for our family. A big plus for our was the master bedroom was one of the comfier beds we’ve slept in, compared to other trailers we have rented.
