We were a newbie, she was extremely helpful from the beginning in patiently explaining things, been there to support for any questions. She was accommodating during the check out and check in, and very flexible in making sure our schedules are met! This RV is quite a machine, it turned everyone’s eyes wherever we took it. It was well maintained, worked perfectly and ran like a charm.. We will definitely rent it again and Strongly recommend everyone to experience this RV and spend a quality camping with family and friends..

Harry S.Jul 2020We rented Karen's Hurricane motorhome for one week on July 2020 for our first RV trip. Although I mentioned it was my first time to drive a motorhome , Karen gave us the full confidence and support, she promptly answered all questions we had during the booking process. And, iIt took her another full hour to explain to us in great details when we picked up the RV on site. The RV is not newest model but it was well maintained, well organized and super clean from inside out. Knowing that we had two little boys on the trip, Karen also especially prepared some kids videos, card games and treats for them (many thanks!). In first 2-3 days of our trip, being a RV newbie, I had asked many questions (big and small) about the RV and Karen always replied quickly. In many occasions, she would go extra mile to support us to ensure we have a smooth travel and a great RV experience. Our 7 days trip on her motorhome had gave us many wonderful memories. Needless to say, if you are thinking of renting a RV, I would highly recommend to contact Karen. Rest assured, you will have great experience just like mine. Thank you for all again!
