- Kyle G.Jul 20225/5 ease of communication, friendly, accommodating. 4/5 for the physical trailer. Clean and in good shape. Hot water didn’t work, but this will likely be fixed for your trip. Easy to tow, nice Anderson hitch. 0/5 for trailer equipping. We have rented 10 different trailers with various levels of equipment. This one literally has nothing. Not even a broom, or empty garbage can for under the sink. Even had to buy our own 30 amp / 15 amp adapter that has been equipped in every other trailer.

It had been a long time since I had gone camping but it turned out to be a great trip that we really enjoyed. Jass was very helpful in answering all my questions and very accommodating for pickup and drop off. I would rent this unit again for sure if he has next year. Thanks Jass.

The trailer was in great working order. The only issue was the $200 cleaning fee which when we picked it up it had thick dust on the cupboards and we needed to clean to make sure it was completely cleaned before we put our stuff into the trailer. Other then that we were very happy with the trailer and Jass was very easy to deal with.
