Many thanks to Chris & Kyle for taking such great care of the RV, aka, Baby, Beauty and now Belinda. I really appreciated that they were so able and willing to problem solve the cylinder issue. $40 and the use of a code reader, which I will include with all future rentals, and they were on their way with only a minor inconvenience. They also noted how helpful the RVezy team was when they called for support. They also let me know about a loose connection on the battery which I really appreciated. They left the unit clean and damage free. I will gladly reimburse 50% of the cleaning fee. I appreciated their enthusiasm for the RV and the places they saw. I look forward to welcoming them back for another road trip in Sept!
