We really enjoyed using this RV on our camping trip. It was clean, well maintained, performed well, and had a layout that worked well for us as a family of five. Richard was a pleasure to deal with providing an operational overview video in advance, answering all our questions at pickup, and was highly responsive through the app.

The RV worked great for our family of 4. With the 2 push outs in the back bedroom there is lots of space there and good storage in the closets. Shower/toilet space is tight of course but functional. Bathroom sink area has good vanity cabinet for storage. They supply RV toilet paper. The fridge and freezer are good size. Stove and oven easy to use - obviously oven quite small. Kitchen table area nicely site 4 adults and folds into reasonable sized bed for one adult. That bed and bunks are great for children but really comfortable for one adult on each as they are short in length. The side by side upper bunks are well designed to have 2 children in separate space or shift everything to one bigger space. All linens and dishes were quality and clean. Hot water was plentiful. Garbage conveniently located under kitchen counter. Audio visual system was complicated and we really only used the DVD function. There are some kids DVDs and games onboard but I recommend bringing your own DVDs for the ride and evening or rainy days. We also struggled with the audio system in the driver area but could be our fault and didn’t try very hard. Outdoor storage is very good with many options to keep things under the RV. Pump out was easy to use and clean. We drove about 1000km and spent about $300 in gas ($1.34/litre). A week was about $12 for propane but we used the generator whenever we wanted air conditioning (which also works great). We travel a lot with high expectations and would definitely recommend Richard and this RV.

Very excellent service. The motor home is so clean and in excellent shape. Richard is very open and friendly to us same with his wife. Also they make sure we are comfortable and travel with no hassle. He is easy to talk to. For sure will rent again on their amazing Motorhome. We had a great family time.
