Norm was an ideal Renter. Communication leading up to the rental was good. He arrived at the arranged time for pickup and was very attentive during the walk through and test drive. He took excellent care of the RV during the rental and returned it very clean inside (which was appreciated). I would definitely recommend Norm to other Owners.
