What a lovely family to rent to! Oscar, his wife and their kiddos were so friendly and nice to deal with. Despite the embarrassing discovery during our walk through that our generator had been emptied of fuel over night, Oscar was so understanding and easy going and said he’d take care of it without issue. We were so totally impressed with how clean the trailer was returned to us! This was so appreciated. They were early for both pickup and return and even had the trailer unhooked and ready to go for us. We would not hesitate to rent to this family again in the future and hope to have the opportunity to do so.
