The overall unit was in decent shape. The vent covers were damaged so we had to set buckets up when it rained. The AC was very weak. The unit was also quite dirty when we picked it up and required cleaning before use.

Owners were very accomadating for pickup & dropoff. Unit is abit aged compared to the last unit we rented for a slightly higher charge. Small things like screen door latch broken, a small outdoor leak in water; but it really didn’t cause much inconvenience. A slight odor at pickup; we did a little Cleaning/febreeze, and was able to “clear the air”. Stabilizer jacks, hookup was a breeze really. Towing was fine with my 2019 1/2ton denali; though I did note a little wagging at higher speeds (probably from the rear slideout giving some weight to aft of wheels). Speaking of slideouts, the layout is quite roomy and gave some good comfort to the 2 -adults, 2 kids and big pooch. Unit is very well equipped with all dishes, toaster, cutlery, etc. The camp chef was amazing; heater water in minutes/seconds! Abit bulky to carry/setup but very good option for outdoor kitchen substitute. Comes with a single-keurig! Altho it may have plugged after 4 cups coffee. A/c & furnace worked well. The remote is pretty neat! Overall, very good bang-for-your-buck. Would consider as a future rental. Great bang for my buck.

Jeff was a great host. The RV was in excellent condition, very clean and had everything we needed. Jeff was very responsive and our trip could not have been better. Highly recommend Jeff’s RV for your trip.
