- Jessica D.Sep 2024Delivered by hostFirst time using the app and we were not disappointed in the slightest! Host was easy to communicate with and was on time for drop off and pick up. Very friendly and helpful. The rental unit itself was as described and very well kept and clean. Would absolutely rent from this host again.
- Mark A.Aug 2023Having this easy to tow camper for the weekend made for a great time. The host Alex was A - 1 . I would recommend this to anyone as I would use it again no problem
- Robin W.Jul 2023The host was great. The trailer was great.
- David P.Jul 2024I have rented three trailers with RVezy. The first two rentals went well. This rental was awful. The trailer is run down and the host was terrible to deal with. There was no inspection upon return as we had only just unhooked the trailer from my vehicle and briefly discussed a few of the issues when the host started yelling at me aggressively to leave. I did not want to find out if he was violent so I left immediately to ensure my own safety. I recommend picking up and dropping off with a group of people for safety. The trailer had numerous issues. Some of these would not be worth mentioning if there were not so many of them. 1. One of the weight distribution hitch brackets that connect the spring bars to the trailer tongue via chains bent and shifted so that it was being held on by the shear strength of a bolt instead of the steel bracket as intended. At drop off the host told me brackets were installed in the wrong place (where he installed them) which may have caused the issue. He then claimed I caused the damage by jackknifing the trailer (which I did not). He then claimed the weight distribution hitch was not included in the rental despite it being very clearly included. 2. At pickup, not in advance, I was told the host doesn’t use the tent ends (where the beds are) in the rain since they are not perfectly waterproof. The right side front tent end weeps water inside. There were a few small holes that let in a bit of water in the back tent end. A small hole in the front tent end opened up that let mosquitos in. 3. I noticed water on the floor near the hot water tank. I isolated the hot water tank which stopped the leak but prevented its use. 4. The trailer brakes were very weak. They worked well enough for driving around normally but I doubt they would work forcefully in an emergency stop. The host claimed this didn’t matter since trailer brakes are not meant to slow the trailer down, just to prevent jackknifing. He became very agitated when I disputed his opinion on this and started yelling aggressively at me to leave his property. This is dangerous misinformation for renters who have limited experience towing a trailer heavy enough to need brakes. The host claimed after drop off that the brakes work perfectly and that he was able to lock them up with his vehicle. I was not there to verify. 5. The tongue weight is advertised as 280lbs. I measured a tongue weight of 300lbs with the propane tanks at the back of the trailer instead of on the tongue. After drop off the host claimed the tongue weight was 306lbs with the tanks on the tongue. The tanks were half full so even using his measurement (that I can’t vouch for) the tongue weight would be around 320lbs with full propane tanks. 6. Despite the host’s assurance that they were, the lower front awning bolts that attach it to the trailer were not attached to anything. I pulled the awning bracket right out of the trailer during set up. 7. At pickup one tail light didn’t work. The host cleaned the contacts to make it work. One side marker light didn’t come on right away. I suspect all the light bulb contacts need cleaning. 8. When trying to remove one propane tank, propane flowed out of the disconnected tank connection no matter what position I set the switch at the regulator to. He claimed after drop off that the switch works properly but I was not there to see it. 9. When I picked up the trailer the entry door locks barely worked. I used penetrating oil to free them up. 10. I was told at pick up, not in advance, that the shower valve at the shower head does not work. 11. The dinette table tilts noticeably. I intended to verify many of these issues with the host upon drop off to show him exactly what was wrong but he aggressively yelled at me to leave before I could look into any of the issues with him. I was told prior to drop off that the host intended to reimburse me some money for all the problems I had with the trailer. The host gave me a $100 bill as he was yelling at me to leave. My rental cost around $1,500. I do not recommend renting this trailer.
