About Elissa

This was our first rental and it has set the bar very high. We had such a wonderful experience we are sure to do it again. Elissa was over and above what I expected to be working with. She was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. We opted for delivery and set up and she was kind enough to scope out our spot a day early to ensure we had a camping spot. And when our plans changed for an early departure her and her husband jumped into action to help us once again. We were far more work than necessary and they didn't make it feel like that at all. The tent trailer was exactly as described and stocked with everything you could want and more. we found everything easily and very convenient. Made it so that we did not have to pre pack any camping essentials. Perfection.

The whole experience has been awesome! Elissa was so helpful with the run down of setting up, using and taking it down. Her instruction manual was impressive. We would definitely like to rent from her again. The trailer is in great shape! RVezy took the stress out of the whole process, so thank you.
