Really great weekend away, easy pickup and drop off process. Would definitely rent again

We had an awesome time, and really appreciate being allowed to rent for a month long road trip to see family. No issues with the camper and Jake was super responsive, before, during and after the trip.

The trailer size for us was perfect, for my wife and I and even handled 3 grandkids for sleepovers .Being somewhat experienced with this type of camping we had no issues. Although we never met the host, he was always accessible helpful and answered all questions and concerns. The trailer being the age it is in ,is in pretty good condition and is what we expected. I would recommend better a sleeping foam and if you have no experience with travel trailers on set set up and tear down then having a walk through with the host would be a good thing as well as viewing Videos on this particular trailer. Overall a great experience

Everything in the trailer worked to get us through our trip. It's a nice trailer. The beds are a little small, only 6 feet long making it a bit challenging for taller people but otherwise the space inside was great. There wasn't much in the way of cookware. The weight posted on RVeasy 2974lbs is incorrect. The trailer is 3750lbs as per the sticker on the side. My biggest challenge was there were no instructions on how to setup or take down the trailer and no one was there to meet us to explain things to us. If you're experienced with trailers then I'm sure you'd have no issues. For a newbie I was quite worried I'd do something wrong and I had trouble with a couple things. Our challenges came more from the host. Originally he promised a pickup close to the 401 and to lend us a hitch. Later, after booking, he said he'd already left and we'd have to drive down to Picton adding an hour to our trip. When we arrived there was no hitch in the trailer so I had to go to the store and buy one. The mattress protectors were stained and didn't appear clean. A couple things were broken inside the trailer, nothing major. When I wrote the host I didn't receive the answers I was hoping for. Later I found out that he was renting the trailer back to back without personally inspecting it. He did apologize and tell me he had to go with little notice for a challenging work trip. I suspect the host is a good person and perhaps just took on too many things at once. I would guess most of the things I mentioned will be corrected. I would recommend renting the trailer.

Overall we had a great time, everything worked and was comfortable (we were two adults, two teenage boys and a dog). We stayed two nights at Pres'quil. Only issue was battery was dead on pickup, so I couldn't check tank levels. Didn't realize the black tank was full until we set up at the site, so bit frustrating having to take everything down, go empty the tank then set everything up again. Jake was very responsive and helpful, look forward to renting again!

In general we were very happy with the trailer, in great shape and delivered to our camping site in time. Great quality for the price. We first had a challenge with the reservation one week prior to the rental but all things sorted out well finally. We found that mattresses of the two main beds are a bit stiff but fortunately we found an inflatable mattress in the storage compartment! Another note, we would have appreciated if the mattress covers would have been cleaned before our arrival, as they were dirty and covered with dog hair...

During our rental contact I found the owner to be a gentleman, helpful , very reasonable and fair. Unfortunately the trailer’s septic/black water was unserviceable discovered on first use after we picked it up at 3rd party location. Owing to this, our family had to use public shower/toilet facilities for the entire rental duration. This being said, the owner was very responsive, made a proper effort to compensate us rather fairly for this inconvenience which presumably was beyond his control, and was highly accountable for the equipment failure and resultant inconvenience to us. He came to our site on our final day to trouble shoot and pick up the trailer himself which I really appreciated. If the equipment was working as advertised I would have given this owner 5 stars and would rent with him again. If he was not as responsive or fair, under these circumstances, I’d have given his profile a much lower rating and likely have filed a dispute with the website. I would only advise prospective guests to check the serviceability of the equipment in so far as possible on inspection/arrival, which may save both parties (owner and renter) any inconvenience from unforeseen equipment malfunctions.

This trailer was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of great memories were made. It was just what we needed considering it rained a lot so we spent time inside playing games. Delivery was seamless and so was pickup. Jacob was extremely easy to deal with. Thank you.

Trailer was great for a weekend of camping with our 2 kids! Jake was helpful and we had no issues throughout the entire rental process.

Our family had a great time at J&A trailer. The trailer was very comfortable and Met our family’s needs. Our daughter loved having her own “big girl” bed as well. Jake was amazing throughout the process and delivery and set up was fantastic. We arrived with the trailer ready to go which made starting our trip so much easier.

Great RV and service by Jacob. Delivered and picked up from Sandbanks which made the trip very easy for us. Very nice, modern trailer with everything you would need for camping, allowing us to pack much lighter with a family of 4. Highly recommend Jacob as trailer owner, very attentive and responds quickly.

Amazing experience, Jacob was a great. answered super quick and always super polite. RV was amazing super new and we literally couldn’t have asked for more, AC was super strong for warm nights and beds super comfortable even the sofa bed. Washroom is comfortable well distributed considering it’s small. We will definetly book with them again recommend it to anyone hands down. Thank you!

The Rv is in good condition, the beds require pads or something to soften them little bit, battery is dead it won’t last more than 15 minutes with only the led light on, black tank sensors are not working I think they showed full when I picked up the Rv, you will not meet the owner and you will not get a call to help you…you are in your own, so make sure you know how to setup an Rv
