Danielle was wonderful with communication. We had the trailer delivered and they were very fast with dropping it off and setting everything up for us. The trailer was clean and in great condition. We brought most of our own things, but it had a lot of the basics that anyone would need to use. We didn’t use the washroom (toilet/shower) in the trailer since we were so close to the one at the campground, but to wash any dishes we needed, the kitchen had lots of hot water. We were there for the last weekend of October and the trailer heated up very quickly and kept us nice & toasty. Overall, we would definitely rent this trailer from Danielle again.

The trailer was fantastic, had all the essentials we needed to camp for a week. Water was hot and lasted the whole week. The family took care of delivery and set up for us, it was so convenient! Great family vacation camping with all the convenience of a trailer.

The trailer was delivered as promised. It was way bigger than I expected, so there was no shortage of room. The trailer was super clean, and although we didn't need any of the camping supplies, it had absolutely everything you would possibly need for camping. Owners were awesome to work with! They had the camper set up and all ready for when we arrived. We did a walk through with them and they showed us how things worked and answered any questions we had. My Wife and I are very happy with the service they provided.

The RVEzy team however were confusing to work with, both on the phone and the app. Given the work and help the owner offers it’s not quite clear to me what actual service RVEzy provides. I’d think owners would be better off using Facebook marketplace or kijiji to connect with potential renters.

Very comfortable and well equipped trailer. As someone who enjoys listening to music, the CD/Bluetooth speaker system was a real bonus. Danielle was very helpful with communications leading up to the rental, and the people who delivered and picked up the (sorry, bad memory with names) were very helpful giving us an overview of the various aspects of the unit. The trailer was clean, had ample sleeping space, and came with most of the basics that we needed for our camping trip. Our host were very friendly and a great job with set up and take down. We noticed that the fridge took around eight hours to cool down so this is something to be mindful of your first night of camping.

Overall, good stay. Everything was new and clean. Everything we needed was there, including kettle, roasting sticks, bbq, and propane. Waste water tank filled quicker than expected, but we managed, which was not a big deal.
