Complained that last renters were smokers. Seemed argumentative when told last people who used camper were family and they don't smoke. Took my cushions and mattresses out of camper, when asked if they were kept in a dry area they did not reply until the next day and said they were put into her car. $50 discount from delivery and set up fees was given because awning was not usable. (part for awning was not back in time at shop before rental was to go out.)
