The trip, sadly, got off to a rough start. The pick up was delayed, and then an air lock in the plumbing line caused the renter to be without water for the first day of the trip. The renter also advised the rear gas strut on the awning would not stay in the upright position. Unfortunately, we always have the awning tilted to the rear for drainage so it was never noticed. We were able to repair the air locked line so that was good. We felt bad for the start but, unfortunately air locked lines are hard to predict. We tried to salvage the rest of the trip and hopefully the renter was able to enjoy the remaining. Trailer came back in good condition and renter was as patient as could be expected while we repaired the air lock.

Jason was awesome to deal with. He is very good with trailers and has been driving and maneuvering them for years. The unit came back as clean as it went out. Two small issues mostly had to do with me - they couldn't locate the furnace switch as I don't think we went over it in the walk through. The second was the battery didn't seem to last as long as I thought it would with dry camping. I also didn't point out that the battery, when attached to a power source, would say full but when disconnected, may have a different reading. They did also say the black tank sensor is finicky - 2 days of dry dock and it was showing 2/3 full. Overall, Jason was fantastic to deal with - it was me that forgot some smaller details which would affect their trip.
