Larry W.Aug 2021Charlynn and Alan were delightful from start to finish. They are prompt, professional and articulate very clearly, during all aspects of the rental process. They were very thorough in the pre-inspection process, including the test drive, which protects both the owners and the renters by ensuring proper RVezy protocols are followed throughout the process. The "Little Getaway" performed as it should, and with Alan and Charlynn getting more and more experience with each rental. I expect it will continue to get even better. I would definitely rent from Charlynn and Alan again, and wish them nothing but the best. Thank you for your attention to any and all of our queries and concerns. Well Done!

We booked this trailer through Charlynn & Alan and they were excellent! The entire pickup and drop off process was seamless, they had great communication and were there if we had any questions. The trailer was in great shape (like new), very clean and Charlynn really made sure nothing was missed. Charlynn and Alan were amazing to work with - they answered all our questions, delivered the trailer and set it up for us. The trailer itself was great for our family; it had all amenities we needed. Our 8-year-old son said it was the best 5 days of his life! This is something we would definitely do again in the future.
