About Michelle

This was our first time renting a travel trailer. We have owned them in the past but never traveled with it (it was in a park). We had some issues with hot water at the start but after that was fixed we had a great trip. We are VERY glad we bought the roadside assistance! Michelle was very communicative and followed up to ensure we were doing well. The trailer was well equipped with cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. A few things we had to bring was a toaster, our Keurig (there was a stove top percolator), and some wine glasses. 😊🍷 The bed was very comfy and there was lots of room for my husband, our fur baby and myself. We used the TV each evening and quite a bit one day we had rain all day! That and the radio were very nice to have. Pick up and drop off were very good. Both Michelle and her husband explained the unit and operations extremely well.

It was our second time renting from Michelle and her husband. They are great and the trailer is amazing! Hope to do it again next year :)

Amazing first time experience at camping. This made it so easy!

This trailer was amazing as were Michelle and her husband! Pick up and delivery went smoothly and was so convenient. Highly recommend renting this RV! :)
