Everything went well, trailer was in great shape. Easy to work with and helpful. This was my first travel trailer, I towed with my 1/2 Sierra no problem. Weight distribution hitch was provided at no extra charge. They even stocked the fridge with some beer, water and condiments, which were nice touches. I give them 5 stars.
