Kim and Alex booked the day before leaving which started the rental in a bit of a whirlwind. But everything came together and Alex picked up the RV at the agreed upon time. They were good communicators and kept me apprised of situations as they came up. We had the unfortunate and unexpected situation wherein the fridge would only work if plugged into power which caused some grief. Kim and Alex handled it well and maintained a positive outlook even when others did not meet our expectations. They returned the RV freshly cleaned on the outside and reasonably clean and tidy inside.
