RV was in good shape and a great unit for our family. Owners were friendly and pleasant to deal with in person Only issue we had and reason it’s a 3 star vs a 4 or 4.5 star is the changes the owners made to the contract in the last month of the booking. I can understand why they might have wanted to make these changes but would ask that these are made at the start of the contract as opposed to a month before the booking when no possible other options can be found. Really didn’t appreciate the stress from having the owners say do this (agree to our higher security deposit or add roadside assistance or we’re going to cancel your booking in the next 48 hours).

We had a fantastic vacation and enjoyed every minute of the RV. Thank you Jo Ann and Allen, we will definitely rent from you again.

Jo Ann and Allen are truly wonderful people, and the Jayco Redhawk they are renting is a beautiful RV. Highly recommended to rent. They supply you with a full walk through on how to operate and maintain their RV on your journey. A++++

This renter was very nice to deal with and very open to questions and explaining anything about the RV. I had to call them about something I couldn't figure out and they were very available. I would rent their RV anytime again.

Al and Jo Ann are great! We rented their RV for 10 days to go around the mountains. The communication was excellent and fast. Al took time to explain all the RV features to us since it was our first time renting a RV. Their unit is big and comfortable. The day we picked up the unit was super clean and Al and Jo Ann explained to us all we need to know, we signed paperwork and got the road. We had no trouble or issues.
